Placing your order is easy!
You may place your order via the web or by phone or email. We suggest that you place your order one business day prior to delivery. We also ask that you call in same day orders or changes to your order as soon as possible.

Payment: We accept corporate checks and major credit cards (Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our frequent catering customers, we are able to set up an Au Bon Pain corporate account. Please note orders over $1,000 require half-payment prior to delivery.
Cancellations: A fee will be applied to all orders cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice.
Delivery Charge: All orders are subject to a delivery fee.
Nutrition and Item Availability: The nutrition information provided reflects the nutrition content of company-operated cafés. In some instances, our local cafés offer items that may vary either in nutrition content or allergen presence. Please speak to your catering consultant if you have any questions about the items you are requesting. Some items may not be available in all Au Bon Pain cafés.
