Introduction to CC Holdings, Inc.

CC Holdings, Inc. owns and operates food and beverage establishments in the Indianapolis area. CC Holdings currently employs over 80 great people. We are proud to be an Indiana company, serving & employing Hoosiers for over 17 years.

In November of 2008, we were excited to partner with Indiana’s own Copper Moon Coffee in bringing a unique experience to the new Indianapolis Airport with our Copper Moon World Coffees café on both the A and B Concourses. We recently opened a brand new Au Bon Pain bakery café in Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis (1701 Senate Ave). Additionally, we operate an Au Bon Pain in the heart of the City at 26 Monument Circle. CC Holdings also operates five Coffee Zon espresso bars located on the campus of Eli Lilly and within the Indiana Government Center buildings. 

CC Holdings Inc. was established in 1992 when it opened the Caffe’ Connection, a gourmet espresso bar. This high-end coffee concept was first introduced to the Indianapolis market at a local community hospital. It has experienced local presence at three different hospitals, a local mall, and a former entertainment venue, Market Square Arena. Its first location at the Indianapolis airport was established in 1996 and a second unit followed in 1997. In July of 2004, CC Holdings capitalized on its knowledge of espresso bars and its practice of high customer service standards when it acquired the five Coffee Zon locations operating on the Eli Lilly campus and within the Indiana Government Center. With its quality track record and high customer service standards, the Coffee Zon locations have complimented the CC Holding’s portfolio.

Au Bon Pain was introduced at the Indianapolis Airport by CC Holdings in 1999, and at the present time has 2 locations in Indianapolis; Methodist Hospital, and downtown on Monument Circle. This popular, fast-casual concept offers fresh baked artesian breads, a full line of pastries and bakery items, and an assortment of bagels. Joined with these features are healthy soups, salads, and hot and cold sandwiches along with a full line of gourmet beverages like cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, peach iced tea, and fruit smoothies. Au Bon Pain is a recognized industry leader in the fast-casual category of Quick Service Restaurants. The popularity of the brand and its successful retailing system has been proven both nationally and internationally. This has been demonstrated by its impressive list of successful locations that are in operation in a variety of hospitals, university campuses, transportation centers, and urban and suburban settings. CC Holdings is currently seeking other opportunities for Au Bon Pain cafés in the Indianapolis area and in the state of Indiana.

Copper Moon Coffee is the newest addition to CC Holdings’ portfolio. In Copper Moon we have unearthed a unique partnership that will take the coffee experience to new heights. You will find our first two locations in the new Indianapolis Airport.
